Partners
A. Craig Brooks, CPA
A. Craig Brooks, CPA has more than 42 years in public accounting, 15 years of which were with one of the largest regional firms in the United States. He specializes in both corporate and individual income taxation with emphasis on agriculture and construction. He has also been a 1031 tax deferred exchange consultant for 25 years. Craig was the treasurer of Redmond Economic Development Inc. for 6 years and is a current member of Redmond Rotary Club with 28 years of service.
T. John Duff
T. John Duff has over 24 years in public accounting. He worked at CPA firms in Pendleton and Portland prior to moving to Redmond and has been with this firm 18 years. John’s emphasis is in corporate and individual taxation with a bulk of his clients being small businesses within various industries. Outside of the office, he is an active member of the Redmond Kiwanis Club and the Redmond Executive Association, which is a group of individuals who work to promote and improve the local business environment.
Jennifer J. Werner, CPA
Jennifer J. Werner, CPA graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has over 16 years experience in public accounting. She specialized in not-for-profit accounting and auditing services for large privately funded community corporations in the fields of economic development, theatrical arts, emergency assistance, and disabled persons programs. She currently provides taxation, compilation and reviewed financial statement services for small businesses and individuals.
Professional Staff
Raelyn D. Lambert, CPA
Raelyn joined the team three years ago after graduating from Corban University and moving back to her hometown of Redmond. She works as a senior staff accountant, preparing tax returns, financial statements, and some payroll. Her hobbies outside of the office include paddle boarding, golfing, running, and reading.
Karen Barr
Karen Barr has been with the firm for 16 years and is the firm’s office manager. She handles the firm’s billings and updates client’s files and information. She also specializes in QuickBooks and performs bookkeeping services.
Josh McElroy
Josh, a central Oregon native, joined the team two years ago after moving back to the area to finish his bachelor’s degree at OSU Cascades campus in Bend. He is a staff accountant and helps the partners with anything they need. Outside the office, he enjoys snowboarding in the winter and white water raft guiding in the summers.
Thomas Beam
Tom, another staff accountant, has been with us since 2019. From Baker, OR, he and his wife decided to move to Redmond to enjoy all the beauty and amenities that central Oregon has to offer.
