Partner
John Duff is a partner of Alliance Professionals and joined the firm in 2002. With years of experience in the tax preparation service industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. John is dedicated to providing our clients with personalized solutions that meet their unique needs and help them achieve their goals. He is an active member of our community. Outside of the office, he is an active member of the Redmond Kiwanis Club, Rimrock Trails, Leadership Redmond, and the Redmond Executive Association.

Jennifer J. Werner, CPA
Partner
Jennifer began her career at Alliance Professionals in 2004 and received her CPA license in 2008. Her goal-based outlook aligns a client’s needs with strategic tasks and planning to guide them to the desired results. She is well versed with compilation and reviewed financial statement services for small businesses and individuals as well as non-profit accounting. She is an active member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce, Family Access Network Redmond Development Committee, and Friends of the Children Central Oregon.

Craig Brooks, CPA
Former Partner
Craig has more than 42 years in public accounting, 15 years of which were with one of the largest regional firms in the United States. Craig was the treasurer of Redmond Economic Development for 6 years and is a current member of Redmond Rotary Club. In December 2023, Craig stepped down as partner, but will continue to work with Alliance Professionals as a consultant/preparer on an interim basis. He played an integral part in the development of Alliance Professionals, and our firm wouldn’t be the same without him.

Raelyn Lambert, CPA
Senior Staff Accountant
Raelyn joined the team in 2019 and obtained her CPA license in 2022. She works as a senior staff accountant and performs business and individual tax preparation, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping work for our clients. She also specializes in QuickBooks Online. Her hobbies outside of the office include paddle boarding, golfing, running, and reading.

Tom Beam
Staff Accountant
Tom has been with our firm since 2019. He and his wife moved to Redmond from Baker, Oregon to enjoy all the beauty and amenities that central Oregon has to offer. Tom brings a strong financial background to the firm, having worked in both private and public accounting, and assists in bookkeeping and individual tax preparation.
Melisa Petersen
Staff Accountant
Melisa joined has over 10 years of tax preparation experience. Her emphasis is on individual tax preparation and planning. Her analytic thinking and problem-solving skills make her a great asset to the firm. In her spare time, she volunteers at her church and enjoys hiking, gluten free baking, camping, and travel.
Kaelyn Smith
Payroll Administrator
Kaelyn joined our team in late 2022. She is the firm’s payroll administrator. She also performs tax and bookkeeping work for our clients and specializes in QuickBooks. She brings with her extensive knowledge of construction accounting and BOLI regulations. She likes knitting, sewing, embroidery and spending time with her large family and fur babies.
Karen Barr
Administrator
Karen has been with the firm for 20 years and is the firm's office manager and has lived in Central Oregon for many years. She handles the firm's billings and updates client's files and information. She also specializes in QuickBooks and performs bookkeeping services. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and camping.
Karen Sande
Administrator
Karen is the firm's executive assistant. She began her journey with Alliance Professionals in 2022. She handles the client scheduling, pickup and drop-off of documentation at the front desk, updates client's files, and manages our electronic filing process. She enjoys the beach and spending time with her growing family.
